Innovative approach to the implementation of bim technologies ın architectural and urban planning projects

Abstract

This article analyzes innovative approaches to the implementation of BIM (Building Information Modeling) technologies in architectural and urban planning projects. It highlights the possibilities of optimizing the design process through digital technologies, improving information exchange among project participants, and enhancing the quality of the construction process. In addition, recommendations are developed for integrating the BIM system with national regulatory documents.
