Abstract

This article explores the process of garment grading, its significance, and modern approaches. Grading is the process of adapting garment patterns to various sizes and is a critical stage in mass production within the apparel industry. The article analyzes classical and modern grading methods, their advantages and disadvantages, as well as the potential for implementation through automated software tools.
